Which SSEX file did you download? If you installed the first vanilla file, then everything should be in the vanilla menus, AS LONG AS no other mod has modified those menus. Make sure you added the lines to the Fallout4.ini and the Fallout4Prefs.ini located in Documents/My Games/Fallout 4 where the Custom.ini is also located. I looked at my load order to find that when I install this mod ASWELL as "Minutemen reskin and standalone" and "Settlements expanded", they are nowhere to be seen. I had gone through all ways of trying to deal with this and to no avail. I wanted to install "Full Dialogue Interface" and whenever I do it does not show up in my game. So, I installed a bunch of mods via the nexus mod manager, and somthing rather odd was happening to mods that I have been using before.
